Alberta inspection reports have a line for each appliance, so landlords open both. A move clean covers the outside of appliances. The inside is the add-on.
Hourly cleaning has a 3-hour minimum. For an empty home, the package is usually the better deal.

These aren’t part of the move clean by default. Pick them in booking and they’re added to your price upfront.
Spot cleaning lifts scuffs and fingerprints. It doesn’t replace patching nail holes or repainting.
Alberta’s Residential Tenancies Act limits what a Calgary landlord can keep. A landlord can only deduct for damage if they completed both a move-in and a move-out inspection report. Normal wear and tear can’t be deducted. The landlord then has 10 days after you give up possession to return the deposit or send a statement of account.

Calgary move-outs bunch up at month-end and again before September 1. The water is hard enough to leave scale on every shower. Winter moves drag gravel across empty floors. Each of these changes how we plan the clean, and when you should book it.
