When should I book post-renovation cleaning?
Book once the last trade has finished and removed their debris, and any paint touch-ups are dry. If trades are still working, dust keeps settling and you may need a second clean.

How is a Renovation Clean different from a deep clean?
A Deep Clean (+$99) targets built-up grime in a lived-in home. Our Renovation Clean (+$199) adds construction dust and residue removal to our standard checklist. See the full room-by-room list in the checklist above.
How much does post-renovation cleaning cost?
A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home (500–999 sq ft) starts at $377–$387 + tax, depending on your city. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, a basement and add-ons increase the total. You'll see your exact price online before you book, and payment is only processed after your clean is done.
How long does post-renovation cleaning take?
Plan for 2 to 6 hours. Bigger homes and extra add-ons sit at the longer end. When you book, you're choosing the time your cleaners arrive, not how long they'll stay.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Leave entry details in your booking, such as a lockbox code, key location or concierge note. In a condo, add any parking, FOB or elevator booking info. If your contractor still has access, let us know. You can also stay home during the clean.
What isn't included in a post-renovation clean?
We don't remove paint splatter or paint, and we don't clean exterior windows, balconies, chandeliers, biohazards, mold or mildew, or move heavy items. Hard-to-reach areas aren't included. Heavy construction debris needs to be confirmed with us before booking.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and bonded, and every clean is covered by $5M in liability insurance.
What if something was missed?
