The inner city is our most active zone for recurring bi-weekly cleans. Beltline high-rises average 550–700 sqft — tight layouts that reward methodical cleaning over speed. Inglewood and Ramsay still have a lot of pre-1960s character homes where grout, baseboard corners, and older appliances need more attention than a newer build.
The southwest is predominantly detached homes from the 1970s through 1990s — larger square footage, more carpeted rooms, and kitchens that see heavy use. Lakeview and Altadore clients tend to book monthly deep cleans in addition to their recurring schedule, particularly after chinook weeks in February and March when tracked-in debris peaks.
The southeast is where most of our large-home recurring clients are — 2,000–3,000 sqft two-storeys in McKenzie Towne, Auburn Bay, and Mahogany. Lake communities like Auburn Bay and Mahogany attract families with kids and pets, which means mudrooms, entryways, and secondary bathrooms take the hardest hit on a weekly basis.
The NW corridor from Tuscany to Evanston mixes townhomes with larger detached builds. Sage Hill and Evanston are particularly active for us — newer construction means tighter seals and less drafting, but the open-concept layouts collect dust along longer baseboards and around island kitchens. Most NW clients run on a bi-weekly schedule.
The northeast sees the highest volume of move-out and end-of-lease cleans in our Calgary schedule. Rental turnover in Saddle Ridge, Taradale, and Falconridge is high year-round, and landlord inspection standards here are consistent. Skyview Ranch and Redstone are newer and tend to book recurring cleans for family homes in the 1,600–2,200 sqft range.
