A 3-hour hourly booking gives you cleaner time to spend on your own priority list, such as bathrooms, the kitchen and floors. One cleaner for 3 hours is $177. Two cleaners for 3 hours is $354 and gets through twice as much, since that’s 6 cleaner-hours.

Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes. Cleaners bring the supplies and equipment needed for your appointment, so you don’t need to provide a vacuum, mop or cleaning products. If you’d like a specific product used, or have a surface that needs special care, add a note when you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code or smart-lock code. For a condo downtown or in the Beltline, add concierge, buzzer, fob, elevator and parking instructions to your booking so your cleaners can get in without delay. You’re also welcome to stay home.
Should I tip my house cleaner?
Tipping is optional. If you choose to tip, 100% of it goes to your cleaner. You can add a tip through our online booking system or give cash to your cleaner directly, whichever you prefer.
What if I’m not happy with part of my clean?
Every clean is backed by our 100% satisfaction policy. If we missed something, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll arrange a time to come back and fix it, based on your schedule and ours.
