Do you offer evening or weekend cleaning?
Yes. Evening and weekend cleaning is available in every city we serve, as well as daytime appointments. Choose the times that suit your business when you set up your plan.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There's no minimum contract. Choose a one-time clean or recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service, and your quote sets out the scope and frequency.
How do you price commercial and office cleaning?
Every commercial space gets a custom quote based on its size and layout, the cleaning tasks you need and how often you want service. Send your details through the quote form and our team will prepare your quote.
Can we book commercial cleaning online?
Commercial cleaning isn't booked through our online booking page. Request a quote on this page instead, and our team will set up your schedule with you directly.
Do we need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring their own cleaning products and equipment. If your facility requires specific products, mention it in your quote request.
Can restocking be included in our cleaning plan?

Does Hellamaid carry liability insurance?
Yes. Hellamaid carries $5M in liability insurance, and cleaners are background-checked and bonded. If your building or property manager needs insurance details, let us know when you request a quote.
How do we arrange building access for cleaning?
Share your building's access rules, key or FOB arrangements and alarm instructions when you set up your plan. We'll confirm the access arrangement before your first clean.
