How much does eco-friendly cleaning cost?
The same as any other Hellamaid clean. Eco-friendly products come at no extra charge. Your price depends on your city, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and the type of clean, and you see it before you book.

Prices are before tax and start from our lowest-priced service areas. In Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Ottawa and our Alberta and BC service areas, add $10. How eco-friendly requests work at Hellamaid, what they cost and how to book one in Ontario, BC or Alberta.
Do you charge extra for eco-friendly cleaning?
No. Asking for eco-friendly products doesn't change your price. You pay the same as any standard, deep or move-out clean, based on your city and home size. Your full price is shown before you book, and payment is only processed after your clean is done.
Do you use eco-friendly products on every clean?
Only when you ask. Add a note when you book, or add it later in your client portal before your clean. Your cleaner will then use eco-friendly products for your visit.
Can you use my own cleaning products?
Yes. Leave them somewhere your cleaner can find them and mention it in your booking notes. If you don't have your own, we'll bring eco-friendly products instead. You don't need to provide any other supplies.
Is an eco-friendly clean different from a regular clean?

Can I book a deep clean or move-out clean with eco-friendly products?
Yes. Choose a deep clean (+$99) or a move-in or move-out clean (+$159) when you book, then add your eco-friendly request in the notes. The request works the same way for every cleaning type.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients leave a door code, lockbox or concierge instructions when they book. You're welcome to be home too.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, in your client portal. It's free with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your clean may have a $45 late cancellation fee, which goes to your assigned cleaner.
