Hand-washed throughout the home, including the dust that sat behind furniture for years.
Wall Spotting
Scuffs and marks spot-cleaned on walls. Useful after furniture and boxes have been moved out.
Door Frames & Handles
Door frames wiped top to bottom, with light switches and door handles cleaned of fingerprints.
Window Sills & Frames
Sills and frames wiped down in every room. Interior glass and tracks can be added at checkout.
Kitchen Reset
Range hood exterior, backsplash, cabinet exteriors, stovetop and microwave cleaned, plus behind appliances where accessible.
Bathroom Detail
Tub, shower faucets, toilet, sink and mirrors cleaned, and the inside of bathroom cabinets and vanities wiped.

What is included in a move-in or move-out clean?
Everything in our Standard and Deep Clean packages, plus the extra tasks an empty home needs. See the full room-by-room checklist above.

Is cleaning inside the fridge and oven included?
No. Inside the fridge and inside the oven are $29 add-ons each, and inside kitchen cabinets is $39. Add them at checkout. Please empty the fridge before the clean, and spray the oven with oven cleaner the night before.
How much does a move-out clean cost?
It starts at $337 + tax for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home in cities on our $89 base, and $347 + tax in cities on our $99 base. The Move-In/Out package adds $159 to the standard cleaning price, and larger homes, extra bathrooms, basements and add-ons increase the total. You'll see your exact price online before you book.
How long does a move-out clean take?
Most appointments take 2 to 6 hours, depending on the size of the home and the add-ons you choose. The time you pick when booking is your cleaners' arrival time, not the length of the clean.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Add your door code, lockbox, concierge or key instructions when you book. For condos, include any elevator booking, parking or FOB details. You're welcome to be there if you prefer.
Do I need to supply anything or keep utilities on?
No supplies needed. Your cleaners bring their own equipment and products. Please keep the water and electricity on until the end of your appointment.
What if my moving or closing date changes?
Reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice through your client portal. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may carry a $45 late cancellation fee.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We can't make decisions for your landlord, and a clean doesn't cover damage or wear. What we can do: if something on your booked checklist was missed, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll review it and arrange a re-clean if it's within scope. Do you clean student rentals?
Yes. Choose the Move In/Out Package (Student Property) when you book. It adds $209 to the standard cleaning price instead of the regular $159 move package.
Is there anything you don't clean?
We don't clean garages, balconies, unfinished basements, exterior windows, chandeliers, biohazards, or do carpet shampooing or mold remediation. A finished basement can be added when you book.
