Hellamaid's condo cleaning services cover the same Standard, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleans we do in houses, for condos and apartments in Ontario, BC and Alberta. Your price is based on bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, so a compact unit is priced as a compact unit. You see it online before you book.
The building is the part that's different. When you book, leave entry instructions for a door code, lockbox or concierge, and add any building rules, like guest registration, elevator bookings or where to park. Your cleaner has them before the visit, and you don't need to be home.
Each clean covers the inside of your unit. Balconies aren't included. Moving out of a rental? See our move-in and move-out cleaning for empty units.

Only need a few things done? Book by the hour at $49 to $59 per cleaner, with a 3-hour minimum.

Add pets to your booking ($29 add-on) and note any rooms to skip or keep closed.

Prefer eco-friendly products? Ask when you book, at no extra charge. We can use yours or bring our own.
Recurring visits cost less
Save 10% monthly, 15% bi-weekly or 20% weekly, starting from the second clean.
Moving in or out
Handing back keys or moving in? Choose the Move-In/Move-Out clean when you book. It's made for empty units.

Balconies and patios aren't included in any clean. Bins are emptied and bags go to your building's garbage area. Inside the fridge and oven are add-ons for every cleaning type, including Move-In/Out. Only need a few rooms done? Book an hourly clean, with a 3-hour minimum.

Condo and apartment cleaning is priced by bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and the cleaning type you pick. Prices below are for units under 1,000 sq ft, before tax. You see your exact price before you book.

How much does it cost to have a condo cleaned in Toronto?
In Toronto, a standard clean of a condo under 1,000 sq ft starts at:
- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: $188 + HST
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom: $208 + HST
- Deep clean, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom: $287 + HST

Can you clean my condo if I'm not home?
Yes, as long as your cleaner has a way in, like a door code, lockbox or concierge. Leave clear entry instructions when you book. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.
What about my building's rules, parking and elevators?
Add your building's instructions to your booking notes, such as guest sign-in, service entrance, visitor parking or elevator rules. If your building needs an elevator booking or advance approval, please arrange it with building management before the clean.
What is included in a standard condo clean?
Dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping kitchen counters, the sink, stovetop and outside of appliances, and cleaning bathrooms. It's the same checklist we use in houses. See the full list on our cleaning checklist.
Do you clean balconies or the building's common areas?
No. Balconies, patios and other outdoor areas aren't included in any clean, and condo cleaning covers the inside of your unit only. Exterior windows aren't included either.
What can a cleaner do in 3 hours?
As a guide, a standard clean of a 3-bedroom home takes one cleaner about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, so most condos take less. Time depends on the unit's size and condition. If you only need certain rooms, book an hourly clean at $49 to $59 per cleaner, with a 3-hour minimum, and list your priorities in your notes.
Is the inside of the fridge, oven and cabinets included?
No, they're add-ons for any cleaning type: inside fridge +$29, inside oven +$29 and inside cabinets +$39. Pick them when you book or add them later in your client portal.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings the supplies and equipment, including a vacuum and mop. Want eco-friendly products, or your own? Ask in your booking notes, at no extra charge.
Should I tip my condo cleaner?
It's up to you. You can tip in your client portal after the clean, or in person if you're home. 100% of the tip goes to your cleaner.
Can I book recurring cleans or reschedule?
Yes. Book weekly (20% off), bi-weekly (15% off) or monthly (10% off), with the discount starting from your second clean. Reschedule, skip or cancel in your client portal for free with 24 hours' notice. Changes within 24 hours may have a $45 late fee.
