Yes! Building a relationship of trust is key. From your second visit onward, we assign a dedicated professional to your home. If your regular cleaner is sick or on vacation, we will always notify you and offer to send a trusted substitute or reschedule.
The first clean is considered an initial "reset." We highly recommend booking a Deep Clean for this first visit to get your home up to our strict baseline standard. Your volume discounts automatically kick in starting from your second maintenance visit.
Most of our recurring clients are not home during the clean! You can leave a spare key, provide a lockbox code, or give us a smart-lock pin. You can securely add these entry instructions directly to your booking profile.
Life happens! If you are going on vacation or just need to skip a scheduled visit, simply log into your Hellamaid account online and adjust your schedule. As long as you give us standard 24-hour notice, there are no penalties whatsoever.
