Book a package when you want the whole unit cleaned to the checklist for a price set by size. Book hourly for specific jobs: one cleaner for 3 hours is $177 and two cleaners for 3 hours is $354.

What changes the price

No. Condo cleaning and apartment cleaning use the same package prices, set by bedrooms and bathrooms. A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is $188, the same as a 1-bedroom apartment.
The difference is access. Condo towers often have fobs, concierge desks and parkades, so add those details to your booking notes.

No. Most clients leave a key, lockbox or smart-lock code. For a condo downtown or in the Beltline, add concierge, fob, elevator and parking instructions to your booking so cleaners can get in without delay.
You’re also welcome to stay home if you prefer.
