What does the Airbnb add-on include?
The Airbnb add-on covers six guest-ready tasks on top of a standard clean, and it costs $95 on a package booking.

On an hourly booking there is no add-on fee. You list the same tasks in your notes and they use your booked time. Inside the oven and inside cabinets are separate add-ons. Balconies and exterior windows aren’t part of a turnover. Tell us where your supplies are kept so restocking goes quickly.
Do I need to be home for the turnover?
No, you never need to meet the cleaner. Leave a door code or lockbox code in your booking. Because Vancouver short-term rentals must be your principal residence, you may also be living in the home. If you’re there, the cleaner works around you. If you’re away, add fob and parking details for strata buildings so the cleaner can get in on time. Mark any rooms or closets that are private, and say where clean linens are stored. Your card is charged only after the clean is done.
Are your Vancouver Airbnb cleaners insured?
Yes. Every booking carries $5M in liability insurance, and every cleaner is background-checked. If something is damaged during a clean, report it to us within 24 hours. Can you follow my strata building’s rules?

Strata bylaws still apply to you as the host. The City of Vancouver also needs written strata approval before it licenses a strata unit for short-term rental. That approval is between you and your strata, not part of the cleaning booking. If your building limits contractor hours, tell us the window when you book.
What if I need to cancel or move a turnover?
You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. A change inside 24 hours carries a $45 late fee, which goes to your cleaner. Guest plans change, so when a reservation is cancelled or shortened, move the clean the same day. You can change upcoming bookings yourself in the client portal. If a task on your list was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we’ll arrange a time to fix it. A free change needs the full 24 hours, so check your calendar each morning.
Do your cleaners do the laundry?
Laundry is optional. On a package booking, the Airbnb add-on changes the bed sheets, and loading laundry is a $29 add-on. On an hourly booking, laundry is a task on your list and it uses part of your booked hours. Either way, leave one clean set of sheets per bed and spare towels so the beds can be made before the cleaner leaves. Tell us where the washer and the clean linens are. If your unit has shared laundry, add the room location and any building rules for using it.
