A few quick heads-ups

We'll send the full prep guide in your 3-day and 1-day reminders. But here are the things worth knowing right now:

A small hold on your card

About 24 hours before your clean, you'll see a temporary hold — just verifying payment. You're only charged after we're done.

Need to reschedule?

Life happens — just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $45 reschedule fee.

Make sure we can get in

Confirm a working way in — someone home, access code, or lockbox. Lockout fee is $75 or 50% of your clean, whichever is greater.

Added oven, fridge, or cabinets?

Oven cleaner sprayed 12 hours ahead. Fridge and cabinets emptied before we arrive. Otherwise the extra may be skipped.
